NINETY-NINE YEAR LEASE •
THIS LEASC entered into by and betK~een Ft. Pierce Construction
Corporation, a Florida corporation, hereinafzer cal~ed the "Lessor",
and COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION NO. 7, INC., a corporat~on
not for profit under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter
called the "Lessee".
WITNESSETH:
1. Demi~e. Upon the terms and conditions herein set~forth and
in considera

S All of said property, together with the appurtenances thereto and _
~ together with all improvements, buildings and structures now or
hereafter placed thereon, and all furniture, furnishings, fixtures,
machinery and equipment, now thereon, and all additions thereto and
replacements thereof, being hereinafter called, referred to and
included within the term "Demised Premises".
2. Term. The terms of this ~.ease shall commence as of the
date upon which the Declaration of Condominium of COLONNADES.
CONDOMINIUMS i30. 7 hereinafter referred to as the "Condominium",
shall be recorded amongst the Public Records ef St. L~cie County,
Florida, and shall continue thereafter for a period of ninety-nine

~ 3. Use of Premises. ?he Less~e is the association formed

the pu~pose of managing the affairs of the Condominium. ?he Lessee
