upon any other ~en or claim, whether alleged to be superior or junior to the 4en of this
mortgage, the Mortgagee, at its option, immediatety or thereafter, may dcclan this mort-
gage and the entire indebtedness secured hereby due and payabl~ forthwith and at it=
option may proceed to foreclose this mortgage.
10. That in the evont all or any portion of the mortgaged propecty shali be taken or
damaged through condemnaann, the Morcgagee shall have the right to demand that all
~ damages awarded for the taking of or damage ta the premises shall be paid to the Mort-
gagce, up to the amount then unpaid on this mortgage and the obligation secured, and
may be applied upon the payments last payable under this rnortgage and the ob4gation -
secured.
11. If a conveyance should be made by the Mortgagor of the mortgaged property, or
any part thereof, without the written consent of the Mortgagee, and withont assumption
in regular form of law by the grantee of the obligadon to the Mortgagee created by said
promissory note and this mortgage, then, and in that event, and at the option of the Mort-
gagee; and without norice, all sutns of money secured I~ereby shall immcdiately and con-
currently with such conveyance become due and payable and in default.
IT IS MUTtJALLY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the parcies
hereto that this mortgage and the obtigadon secured hereby constitute a Florida contract
a.nd shall be construed according to the laws of that State. ~
IN ~NITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagor does hereunto set their handsand
seal s the day and year aforesaid.
