the said FIRST WISCONSIN NAT?ONAL BANlC OF MILWAUKEE to release the premises ~
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and .

unto the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by
ssid mortgage, to vit:

according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded~in Official Records
Book 197, page 1482, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, -
as sunended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 198, page 996,
~ of the Public Records of St. I.ucie County, Florida, and further amend~d by
instrument recorded in Official Records Book 208, page 781, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appertenances thereto,
together with an undivided interest in the com~on elements and limited comnon
elements thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of au.i fror~ the lien of said mortgage, and every
part thereof; Provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained
~hall in anywise impair, alter or diminisb the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaieing par~ of said mortgaged premises
I~ not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies af the holder
thereof.
