of :lortgage bearing date the 3t~th day of May, A.D. 1972, and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 203, Page 1332, mortgaged unto
FiRST WISCONSIN NATIOrIAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE and assigns, mortgagee, the pre~ises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Z~ao Million
1~o Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,200,OOU.00) with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEkEAS, thg said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCFION CORPORATION, has re:~uested
the sai3 FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MII.WAUKEE to release the premises
hereinafter describel, bein~ part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and
operatiun of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE: IQVOiW YE, That the said FIRST fJISCCNSIN NATIONAL BANK OF
HILI~AUI~E in consideration of the premises set forth herein and of the sua? of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it paid by
the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION at the time of the execution
hereof, the *eceipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, does remise, release,
quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage
unto the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by
said mortgage, to-wit:

Apartment No. 104 of the GOLONNAAE CONDOMINIUMS N0. 5,
according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Reccrds
Book 197, page 1482, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
as smended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 198, page 996,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flori~a, and further amended by
instrument recorded in Official Records Book 208, p~ge 781, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto,
together with aa undivided interest in the common elements and limited co~on
elem~ents thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every
part thereof; Provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained
shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish~the effect, lien or incumbrance
` of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises
~ not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder
~ thereof.
