hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged preaiises, from the lien end
operation of said Moxtgage:

I~iILWADI~E in consideration of the premises set forth herein and of the sum of
Tea Dollsrs ($10.00) and oth~r good and valuable consideration to it paid by
the safd FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCfION CORPORATION at the time of the execution
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby ackna~wledged, does remise, release,
- quit-cla~m, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of seid mortgege
unto the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises canveyed by
said mortgaga, to-wit:

according to the Declaration of Condominiwa recorded in Official Records
Book 197, page 1482, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
as amended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 198, page 996,
of the Public Recorc~s of St. Lucie County, Florida, and further amended b~
instrument recorded in Official Records Book 208, page 781, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto,
together with an undivided interest in the common elements and limited co~non
elements thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOI.D the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
FORT PIERCE CONSTRliGTION CORPORATION its heirs and a~signs forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every
part-thereof; Provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein cantained -
shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises
not hereby reZeased therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder
thereof. -
