AND WHERFAS, the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION, has requested
the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage:

hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release,
quit-claim, exoner~te and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage
unto the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGT ION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by
said mortgage, to wit:

according to the Declaration of Condomiaium recorded in Official Records
Book 197, page 1482, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
as amended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 198, page 996,
of the Public Records af St. Lucie County, FZorida, and further amended by
instrument recorded in Official Records Book 20$, page 781, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto,
together with an undivided interest in the coumon ele~nents and limited common
elements thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
FORT PIERCE CO?ZSTRUGTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
eaonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and everq -
part thereof;_ Provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained
sha21 in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises
not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder
thereof.
