instrument recorded in Official Records Book 208, page ~81, of the Public
Rccords of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appurtenan~es thereto,

FORT pIERCE COIvSTRUGTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
esonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every

shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance

not hereby released therefrom, or an~ of the rights and remedies of the holder
