This Lease made the lst day of March, 1973 bv and between
JRMES M. YAFcBROUGH and THSLMA S. Y~RBROUGH, his wife, hereinafter
called the LESSORS= and Q. P. HUDSON and THELMA HUDSON, his wife,
hereinafter called the LESSEES.
W~TNESSETH that in consideration of the covenants herein
contained, on the part of the said Lessees to be kept and
performed, the said Lessors do hereby lease to the said Lessees
the business la~own as Thelma Groves and that part of the business
property used by Thelma Groves, to wit:
S aid property being leased starts at a line 12 feet North
of the house now occupied by the Lessors where said line intersect
East right of way of U. S. #1. Thence run East to the barn road,
thence following the barn road to the North line of said property,
thence West to U. S. #1, thence Southerly on U. S. 1 to the point
of beginning. Lessees are also granted the right to use all
property up to the exista.ng curb for the purpose of vehicular
traffic.

For a point of beginning start at the South boundary of the
North One Half of the Northeast One Quarter of S~ction 6, Township
34 South~ Range 40 East, and the East boundary of U. S. Highway No. l;
thence run Northerly on Highway for a distance of 309 feet; thence
run East 232 feet; thence run South 300 feet more or less to the
South line of the North One Half of the Northeast One Quarter;
~ thence run West 250 feet to the point of beginning.

The Lessors shall have ingress and egress'acr~ss said 309
