personal property is being leased to said Lessees which include
one juicer worth $1500.00; one small washer and po~ish machine
worth $1800.00; one large washer and polish machine worth
$4500.00; one double juice dispenser worth $350.00; three hand
trucks with clamp worth $100.00 a piece and other miscellaneous
equipment that goes with the packing house and fruit stand a
part of which is listed as follows:
2 used chest type deep freeze
2 new upright deep freeze
3 used upright refrigerators
1 used Sunkist juicer, pan and strainer for
handling fresh fruit juice
1 small gas stove and bu tane gas tank ~
3 used glass display cases (6 feet long)
` 1 fo~r foot glass case

~ 1 juice bar and other display counters
~ Artificial fruit display
The Less~es agree to pay the Le~sor one half of the
annu al minimum guarantee to wit: Five Thousand Dollars
($5, 000.001 within ten (10) days after the execution of this
lease. Said payment to be counted as the last six months rent
payment subject, ho~~ever, to the ten per cent (1096) gross
~ computati~n.
