THIS INDENTURE, executed the 6~~- day of 1972,

W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part, pursuant to order of the County
JudgB's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated the•Sth day of
October, 1972, and in consideration of the premises and the sum of
Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 --($17,500.00) - DOLLARS
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the
party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever, that
certain real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 31, Block I, Thumb Point Subdivision,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
10, Page 79, of the pe2blic records of
St. Lucie County, Florida,
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances b~longing or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part,
and to his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND THE party of the first part does covenant to and with the
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in ar~d about the sale and this conveyance the orders
of the above-named Court and the laws of Florida have been followed and
complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has set his
hand and seal on the day and year first above written.
