SHORT FORM OF MORTGAG~ -
Thia Mort$age, dated the 26th ~y o~ February A. D. 19 73 , by and betweea
JOI'1~1 POWERS BARRON and MARY FRI~NCES B~ARRON, his ~aife
hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and ALLSTATE ENTLRPRISES M~ORTGA~G$ CORPORATION,
and/or its assigns, a corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the state of Indiana
hereinafter called the Mortgaqee,
WITNESSETEi, that for valuaWe considerat~ons, the said Mortgagor dces hereby ~rant, bargain, seU
and convey unto tlie said Mortgagee snd his assi~ns, aU that certain parc~l of land oi which the said
Mort~agor is now seis.ed and posaessed and in actual poseession, situated in the County of St. Luc~e
and State of Ftorida, described as follows: Lots 16 and 18 of Block A~ MAFtAVILI~A
HE=GHTS SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, Page 1
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all struct~ and improveme.lts now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and profits of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mort~agor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said renta, issues and profita until default hereunder); and all fiatwres now or here-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol- ,
lowing dsscribed hou~ehold applianoes, which are and shall be deemed to be, fnctur~s and a part of the
realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein meutioned.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part tliereof, with the appurtenances of the said
Mort$agor in and ta the sa~e, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple,
1~e Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized af said land in fee simple or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor does hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same a~ainst the lawful claiu~s of all persons
whomsoever.
PftOVIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mort~agor should pay to the Mortgagee that certain promissory
note of even date herewith, made by the Mort~agor and payable to the order of the Mortg~ee in the

principal sum of ~IEDiTy-FNE THOUSAND THRBE HUNDREDD~ltars, payable in monthly install-
ments to principal and interest of $ 169.26 starting on the lst day of A~ril
19 7 3 , and if not sooner paid the 5nal payment being due on the lst ~y of September,
2002 , or any eatensions or renewals thereof and shall fully pay all other indebtedness or liability that
may becomg due and owing hereunder and secured h~rPby, and shall faithfully and promptly comply vvith
and perform each and every other covenant and provision herein on the part of the Mortg~gor to be
complied with and performed, and every ottier cuvenant and provision as contained in that biank or master
form of mortg,age, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set out herein in full, then these preseats
shall be void and released at fihe expense of tl~e Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The
said blank or master form of mortgage was recorded on February 13, 1970, in the Official Records of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of ~e following counties in Florida in the OfScial Records Volume and at the
page designated after the name vf each oounty, to-wit: (except that it vvas recorded in Bradford, Brevard,
Duval and SuvPannee Counties on February 9,1970, and in Dade Caunty on February 10, 1970)
