THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me for '
fin~ihearing upon the Bill of Complaintcf the Plaintiff
and the Answer of the Defendant and testimony taken ~n open
Court after due notice to all interested parties, and the
Court having heard the testimony submitted in the Cause and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
IT IS TAEREUPON ORDERED, ADJUDGED. AND DECREED
~ as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parti es
to this Cause and the subj~ct matter thereof.
2. That the Plaintiff, LUCY VINEBERG, has proven
g the material allegations of her Bill of Complaint by com-
petent evidence and is entitled to the relief sought in her
Complaint.
3. The Plaintiff, LUCY VILJ~BERG, be and she is
