Defendant and submitted in evidence in this Cause as Plaintiff's
Exhibit "1" be and the same hereby is ratified,approved and
confirmed in all respects,and all of the terms and conditions
of said aqreement are expressly made a part of this decree
the same as if set forth in haec verba, ar,d each of the
parties are requi,red to perform and abide by said agreement.
5. That the Court expressly retains jurisdictian -
for the sole purpose of such other and further Orders as
may be.neces~ary and proper in connection with the custody
or support of the minor children of the parties named in the
Complaint and agreement and to further enforce the performance
by either party of the terms and conditions of the agreement
identified above.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Miami, Florida, on
