THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, Executed this 2nd da~~ of December, 1972, by HARTMAL, INC., a Florida curporation, first party (which sai~ first party owns an un- divided 548 interest in and to the zeal property hereinaftar described), to HERMAN RUBIN, an undivided 12-1/28 interest in the whole of the subject pro- perty; to FAE S. RUBIN, an undivided 12-1/2t interest in the whole of the sub- ject property; and to LYNN W~~FROMBERG, RHONA S. FP.OMBERC and JOSEPH L. PALLANZ as equal teaants in common, as trustees, an undivided 258 interest in the sub-~ ject property. (As a result of this instrument, the whole, that is, 100$ of the interest in the property hereinafter described shall be owned, as tenants : in com~non by the following persons: HERMAN RUBIN - 12-1/28; FAE S. RUBIN - 12-1/2$; LYNN W. FROMBERG, RHONA S. FROMBERG, and JOSEPH L. PALLANT, as equal tenants in common as between themselves, as trustees - 25$;-and JACK S. POPICR - 50$. All of the last mentioned individualn except for JACK S. POPICK shall sometimes hereinafter be referred to collectively as the "second party".) (Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and "second party" shall include the singular and plural, heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of said individuals, were the context so admits or requires.) WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, in hand paid by the said second party, the re- aeipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit- claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the following des- cribed lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-~ait; The following lots in UNIT TWO (2) RIVERDAI,E YACHT CLUB ESTATES according to the Plat of said division, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 40 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida: Lots E-1/2 of 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 2S, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 in Block 2; Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 24, ~5, 28, 29, 30. 9 and 10 in Block 4; Lots 9, 10, 11, I2, 13, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 ar.d Lots 7, 8, 28, and 29; and Lots 6 and 30 comprising •=hat portion of land excavated for boat basin in Block 6; Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 in Block 8; and Lots 6 and 30 where canal is excavated; Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 Bl~ck 12; That parce? of ground situated between Merry Bee Drive, ~ark- land Boulevard and Arapahoe St. and the south line of subdivisian which is unnumbered but has the dimensions of 61.99 feet of Park- land Boulev~rd, 126.9I feet of Merry Bee Drive, 125 feet on Arapahoe St. and 30.03 feet of south line of subdivision; All of lot 2I6, White City Subdivision, Sheen Survey, and that remaining portion of Lot 216 that has not been sold in the con- veyance of Lots 3, and 4, 12 and 13 and road easement of said lots, and the unnamed portion in Lot 216 sold to Joseph Gore of Kendall, Florida; All of that protion of Block 16 lying to the South of a line 25 feet to the south of the extended center line of Parkland Boulevard, and lying to the Ea~t of a Zine running with the course of the river ~40 feet back from the shore of said river, which is that portion of the ~'~~f?11 LAW OFFICfS OF FROMBER(i, FROMBERG 8 ROTH, A PROFESSIONAL ASSOCtATtON MIAMi.
