QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS QUI'T-CL.~1IM DEEU, Tsxecuted this 2nd day of December •
1972, Dy IiARTMAL, INC., a Florida corporation, first party, to an
undivided one-quarter interest to HEkMAN RUBIN; an undivided one-
quarter interest to FAE S. RUBIN; and an undivided one-half interest
to LYNN W. FROM3ERG, RHONA S. FROMBiRG and JOSEPH L. PALLANT, as
trustees; each of the above ho~ding as tenants in common, second
party: Whose post office address is: 4000 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida.
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and
~"second party" shall include singular and plural, .
heirs, legal representatives and assigns of indi- ~
viduals, and the successors and assigns of corpor- '
ations, wherever the context so admits or requires.j _
WITNESSETH, That the said.first party, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, in hand paid by the said second
party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, ;
