RUBIN; and an undivided one-half interest to LYNN W. FROMBERG, RHONA S. FROMBERG and JOSEPH I.. PALLANT, as trustees; each of the above holding as tenants in common, second party: Whose post oftice address is: 4000 N.~. Znd Avenup, Miami, Florida. (Wherever used herein, the terms "first party" and "second party" shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal repre- sentatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, wherever the context so admits or requires.) WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, in hand paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, reZease and-quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all~the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit: That part of Block 16, of RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES, UNIT 2, more particularly described as follows: From the Northwest corner of Block 20, of RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES, UN~T 2, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book f, page 40, Public Records o£ St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence North 15 feet; thence Westerly, parallel to the North line of said B1ock 20 extended Westerly, 318.3 feet to a point; thence South 23 degrees 11 minutes West, 77 feet to the P.O.B, o£ the tract herein described; from said P.6.B. run West, parallel to the North line of aforesaid Block 20, 140 feet to a stake on the East bank of the North fork of the St. Lucie River; thence Southerly, meandering the East bank of the St. Lucie River, run 78.5 feet, more or less, to a stake; thence Easterly, parallel to and 125 feet South of the Westward extension of the af~resaid North Iine of Block 20, 140 feet to a stake; thence Northeasterly, 76.7 feet to the P.O.B.; the same being a part of Block 16 as _ shown on aforesaid Plat of RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES, UNIT "2". HARTMAL, INC. is the owner of an undivided one~half interest in the above-described property, and JACK POPICK and P.UTH POPICK are the owners of the other undivided one-half in- terest.
