QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, Execute3 this 2nd day of December ~
1972, by HARTMAL, INC., a Florida corporation, first party, to an un-
divide3 one-quarter interest to HERMAN RUBIN; an undivided one-quarter
interest to FAE S. RUBIN; and an undivided one-half interest to LYNN
W. FROMBERG, RHONA S. FROMBERG and JOSEPH L. PALLA'7T, as trustees; each
of the above holding as tenants in common, second party: Whose post office
~ addr~ss is: 4000 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida.

(Wherever used herein, th~ terms "first party" and "second
party" shall include singular and p].ural, heirs, legal repre-
sentatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations, wherever the context so admits
or requires.)
~ WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration
'of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, i.n hand paid by the said second
;party, the receiFt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise,
;release and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right.
