In conside~ation of the payment to melus ~y you of 51.00 and other good and valuable oonsideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and you~ successors an easement
for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of elect~ic utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed frorn time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remave such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; aiso, to cut, irim and keep clear al! trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions thai might endanger o~ interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, und~, and across my/our pra
