for the construction, operation and maiMenance of electric utility facilities lincluding wires, poles, guys, cables,
oonduits and a~purtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconsiruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remare wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, co cut, trim and keep ctear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might er~danger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
