In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable c~nsideration which
I/we have received, i/we and those holding througi~ me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utitity facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, ~
c~nduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with th~ right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remwe wch facitities or any of them; to pernnit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables=o# any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, ove~, upon, under, and across my/our pro- i
perty described as follows:
