Together with a!I buitdings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances rsow or hereafter erected there-
on Or placed therein, including all apparat~s, ec-,uipment, fixtures o. articlss, whether in single units or cen-
trally coMrotled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
