BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared,
CHARLES E. BECHT, Esq. , who, upon being duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That he is a practicing attorney in Fort Pierce, Fla. , and that
he has engaged in such practice of law for many years as a Florida attorney.
2. That during such practice he had the occasion to be a witness
and notary to a certain assignment of contract from Earl White and Rosalind
White, his wife, to William P. Lawrence; William J. Lawrence and i~Iargaret
Lawrence, dated October 22, 1958, recorded DeedBook 241 at page 591 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Fla. . assigning their interest in certain articles
of agreement recorded Deed Book 241, page 589 of the public records of St. Lucie
, County, Fla. , granted by Lloyd Taylor and Clotilde F. Tay~or, his wife.

3. That your affiant having participated in the drafting and etecuiion
of said assignment of contract and being further cognizant of the surrounding circum-
stances of its execution, can state that in truth and in fact William J. Lawrence and
Ulargaret Lawrence, husband and wife, intended to take their interest under said
assignment of contract in an estate by the entireties.
Further, affiant sayeth not.
