of the Florida East Caast Railway Right-of-Way and so measured
that the point of beginning is on the west line of Section 21
and the Southeast line of said Railway Right-of Way line, and
extends around and includes ~he southwest corner of Section 21

of Sectior_ 21, the corners to be est~blished by actual survey.
