Sixty (60) acres in the Southwest One Qua~ter (SW 1/4) of Section ,
21, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, lying southeast of the Florida
East Coast Railway Right-of-Way and so measured that the point of
beginning is on the west line of Section 21 and the Southeast line ~
of said Railway Right-of Way line, arid extends around and includes ~
the southwest corner of Section 21 with the east line of the 60
acres parallel to the west line of Section 21, the corners to be '
