WHEREAS, the undersigned are the mortgagors in that
certain Mortgage from the undersigned to The Equitable
Life AsSUrance Society of the United States dated and re-
corded December 27, 1972 in O. R. Book 209, page 1160,
et seq, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and ~
WHEREAS, said Mortgage provided for the future advance
of certain -sums; ~
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned do hereby acknowledge
receipt of a future advance in the amount of.$?5,000.00 and
do further acknowledge that the total principal sum of the
indebtedness secured by the aforesaid Mortgage is at this
time $400,000.00.
