against the above named defendants and that said suit affects title
to the fo?lowing land in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
South 30 feet of Lot 6 and North 45 feet of Lot
7, Block 2, MARION HEI(~iTS SUBDIVISION of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida (also
known as 2811 S. 29th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida),
together with all the improvements thereon.
The relief prayed for in this sui.t is to specifically perform
contract of sale.
