day of Ma.rch, 1973, by and between the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES
AUTHOF~TY, Fort ~Pierce, Florida, party of the first part, herein-
afte-r referred to as "Authority" and HIJ'1 GHI~VSON ISLAND ~i1P_TER
ASSGCIATION, INC. , a Florida Corporation not for profit, party of
the second part, hereinafter referred to as an "Association" .
WITNESSETH .
NOW THE~EFORE, Ir. consideration ~f the convenants and
conditions hereinafter se~ forth, the pa.rties h2reto agree as follows:
1. That Ehe Association is the owner of 24, 885 linial feet .
of 12 inch cast iron water distribution main from Florida Power and
Liqht Company Plant, south along State Hiqhway AlA to Outdoor
Resorts of America, Inc., St. L~icie County, F'lorida and 300 lineal `
feet of 8 inch traxisit~water distribution line from the connection thereof

~ w~th said 12 inch cast iron water line along S~a.te Highway AlA to the
North property line of Outdoor R,esorts of America, Inc. in S~c. Lucie
Co~anty, Florida, and that the sa.id water line has been constructed in
accorciance with plans and specifications, prepared by the City's consulting
engineers, Black, Crow, Eidsness, Inc., Gainsville, Florida and is in
place an~ approved by them for the said City.
2. I'hat the cost of the said water line to the Association was
~ approximately ~~20, 00~.00 and the Association is entitled to reimbursement
~ :
~ _ for the cest of construction of said line from landowners tha.t benefit from

~ sa.id water line at ~30. 00 a running linea.l foo~ along Highway AlA , if the

o•~vner owns both sides of AlA, or ~15.00 a running lineal foot if tr~e owner ~
