developer prior to sai~d property owner or developer connecting into
said water line and said Authority shall have the right to make such _
connection fee based upon a schedule to be prepared by Authority. A
Copy of which said schedule shall be furnished to the Association.
3. The Authority agrees to accept this water line subject to
the above conditions in Pa,ragraph 2 and will not connect any customer
to said water line without ;~~ritten consent from the Association stating that
such applicant prop~rty owner has paid his share of the said line. This
eondition shall run for a period of fif~eA ~(i5) years from date of this contract.
4. The Association shall furnish the Authoritp a complete list'

5. In considera~ion for the sa.id wate~ l~ne the Authority agrees
to furnish the Association water to the maximum e~ent available to
adec~uately serve the connections of the Association and to instal.~. a booster
station with siorage resenAir for sa.id line within appro~mately eighteen
(18) months from date of this agreement to assure sufficient water and pre-
ssure along sa.id line.
