The Grantee hy acceptance of the foreqoing Warranty Deed and execution of this
Acinowlc~dgment and Ratification by Grantee, acknowledges receipt of copies of the
Declaration of Condo:ainium described above, inc2uding the provisions of all ot its
exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grau~tee does
further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of safd provisions (includinq the
WINAMII.I. VILLAGE BY THS SEA RECREATTON CEI~ITER LEASS as filed for record in Official
Records Book 189 ou pages 1829 throuqh ]~886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors of WINDNILL VILI.~GS BY THS SEA
CONDO~tINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, in aaking
~and enterinq into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bour?d by all of said Fro-
visions; the Grantee acknawledqes and aqrees that all of said provisions are reasonable,
fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and real property
nescribed above, as security for his obligations, as describec3 in said Declaration of
Condoc~i.niwn and its exhibitss and the Grantee ackno~wledges and aqrees that said
Declaration of Condaainium, its ~xhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Gsantor
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, represer?tati.ons and inducements
concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land ancl real property described above.
