Earl V. ~bner & Geo e H. Raherts , as Mortgagor i:o Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., ate Dec. 8 19 , and filed for record in th Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Flor~ a,~n ~R Book .,Z , page~?~, which r~~ortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit: ~
Lot No.695 , Section II , in that certain condominium known a~ OUTDOOR
RESORTS F AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded i~ the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat 6ook 16,
page 1:1A through 1J,
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date_of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration ~
of Condaminium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned, .
