Inc., dated 19 72 , and f~led for record in th Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, lor a, in~R Book a/ 1 , page~~ which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said cour~ty ta wit:
Lot t~o. , Section II ,~n that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
Rt~ORTS F AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat 6oQk 16,
page 1:1A through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Qutdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaratian
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
