Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, that certain mortgage executed by
~mes F Brown and Ta41 A Buraess , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., dated 19 72 , and filed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Flor~ a,~n~R Book ,2 , page~ySd, which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county t~ wit:
Lot Na. 373 , Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTOOQR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NET~LES ISLAND, as shown by piat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in P]at Sook 16,
