described above, as security for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of
Condominiwn and its ext~ibftst and the Gxantee acknowledges and aqrees that said
Declaration~of Condomi.nium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor
and the Grantee contain all of the rrarranties, representations and inducements
concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
