Gentlemen:
In consideration of the payme~t to me/us by yau of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your wccessors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of elect~ic utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to ~econstruct, improve, add _
to, change the size of or remave wch facilities or any of them; to Rermit the attachme~t of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush a~d underg~owth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, arer, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:

Section 34, Township 35 South, Range 4L1 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,

The easement more particularly described as a strip 10 feet wide,
centered 5 feet Ba?st of ~the West preperty line, beginning at the North
R/W of Tumblin Kling Road and running Northerly 205 feet to Point "A",
thence North an additional 200 feet.
Also an ancho, easemeut, 5 feet wide, beginning at Point "A" and
