Camden Realty Corporation, at the tims the abov~: named purchased cer-
tain real estate in hlartin and St Lucie Countie~, Florida; sai3 property
subsequently bein,; conve~ed to Ira hiax.
The R'iartin County property was described as:
A porticn of Sect::•~n 1, Township 3$ South, Range
I~G East, lyin? North of Bessey Creek and East of
the Gilson Road; a portion of Section 6, Tor~ nship ~
' 3s South, Range 41 East, lying ~Jest of the St. Lucie
River and North of Bessey Creek; and that p8rtion of
Section 31, Totivnship 37 South, Range 41 East, lying

St. Lucie County propert3? was described as:
The East one-half of the Southeast ~uarter of Section
36, Township 37 South, Range 40 East; and other land.
That the said Ira Aiax constructed a dwelling upon that
part of Section 31, To•~rnship 37 South, Range 4~ East, as described
above, during the years 1941 an3 19~+2; that the only method of access,
I ingress or e~'ess to the above described pro~erty was over that certain
