Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Richard Gilson, who, after being firs~• dul.y sworn, deposes and says:
That he is a resident of St. Lcuie ~ounty, Floricia,_ residing at the
Northern end of the Gilson Road; said Road running from the Ihurphy
Road in Martin County, Florida, to the Gi~.son residence in St. Lucie
County, Flori3a; Affiant further states that he has resided at the
above address since 1927 ; that during said period of time he has had
occasion to travel over the said Gilson Road for many years; that
affiant remembers that Ira Max purchased certain pr~r~y in Martin
an3 St. Lt:cie Counties, Florida.
Affiant further states that at the time the said Ira Pfax was
constructing a dwelling house on the property frontin; on the St. Lucie
River and North of ~essey Creek he also con~tructed a roa3~vay or 3riveway
that ran frc~m the Gilson Road to said dwelling house; that said road
or driveway remains in approximately the same location as at the time
same ~vas constructe~ and that it has been open and used by the public
continuously since same was constructed by the said Ira l~.ax being
a period of approximately thirty years.
