Stanley Home Produc~s, Inc., a corporation organize~ and
existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Quit-
claimor, in consideration of the sum of ~lO.OC received fro~ Louis R.
Bresslei•, a single man, th~ Quitclaimee, of P. 0. Box A, Stuart,

Florida 33494, hereb~~, on this day of A. D. 1973, quit-
claims to the Quitclaimee all of the interest of the Quitclaimor in
the real property in Martin and St. Lucie Counties, Florida, described
as:
