princi~al sum specified in the promissory note hereafter described,
received from LOUIS R. BRESSLER, the MORTGAGEE, a resident of Martin
County, Florida, hereby, on this 9th day of March I973, mortgaged
to the MORTGAGEE, t~e real property in Martin and St Lucie Counties,
