This deed made and executed this 27th day of February, 1973,
by FORT PIERCE PORT AND AZRPORT AUTHORITY, a special taxing district
hereinafter called the Grantor, to ALBERT C. SANOWSKIS and MARY AN~T
SANOWSKIS, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship, whose
post office address is 8228 W. 4~th Street, Lyons, Illinoi~, 60534,
hereinafter called the Crantees.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerati~ns, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and concey
to the Grantees, their heirs, personal representatives and assigns
the £ollowing described lan~s in St. LucieCounty, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 1 of the Airport Industrial Park,
Unit 1, as recorded in Plat Book 12 at Page 40
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
To have and to hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances subject, however, to the ~ollowing conditions,
reservations and restzictions:
l. The protective covenants as recerded in OR Book 49 at
Pages 426 to 430 and the amendments thereto as recorded in OR Book
167 at Pages 1465 and 1466 and OR Book 168 at Page 1986.
2. The Grantor reserves for itself, its successors and assigns,
for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the
passage of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of said iands,
together with the right to cause in said airspace such noise as may
be inherent in the operati~n of aircraft now known, or hereaft~r
used for navigation of or flight in the air, using said airspace
for landing at, taking off from or operating on the St. Lucie County
Airport.
3. The Grantees expressly agzee for themselves, their heirs,
personal respresentatives and assigns, to restrict tt~e height of
