the above described lands to such ~ height so as not to exceed 50
feet above ground level or 88 feet above mean sea level, whichever
is lower, or receive approval for a greater height by submittal of
FA~1 Form 746Q-1 to the Federal Aviation Administration.
4. The Grantees expressly agree for themselves, their heirs,
personal representatives and assigns, to prevent any use of the
above described lands which shall interfere with or adversely aff.ect
the operatian or maintenance of the St. Lucie County Airport.
5. If the Grantees do not construct on said lot a building
having an area of not les~ than 6,000 square feet and mEeting the
building requirements of St. Lucie County within one (1) year from
the date of this conveyance, the Grantees shall reconvey said lot
to the Grantor upon the Grantor's refunding to Grantees the purchase
price.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this deed to be
