ASSZGNMENT OF NOTE AND MURTGAGE
_ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That HEADER GROVES,
INC., party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other valuable cansideration lawful
money of the United States,.to it in hand paid by J. T. COWARD,
party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and .
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged; has granted, bargained, sold, assiqned, trans-
ferred and set ~ver and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said
party of the second part a certain promissory note bearing date
the 13th day of October, 1972, in the amount of EIGHTY FIVE
THOUSAI3D ($85,000.00) DOLLARS executed by EGAN, FICKETT & CO.,
and that certain purchase-money mortgage sec~.~ring said note
and bearing date the 13th day of October, 1972, which is
recorded in Official Record Book 207, Page 745, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part
has caused t}iese presents to be signed in its name by its
President, J. T. COWARD, and its corporate seal to be affixed,
attested by its Secretary, RUTH B. COWARD, the day and year ~
