oi way line of State Road No. 5 as now laid out and existing, with the North line
of the NE4 of NE4 of said Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; thence
run West along the North line of said NE-'~ of NE-',~ a distance of 392. 30 feet m ore
or less to the East right of way line of State Road No. 4(Old No. 1 Highway);
thence run Southerly along the East right of way line of State Road No. ~ a dis-
tance of 383. S1 feet more or less to the South line of tY~e North 2 of North 2 of
NE-'~ of NE4 of gaid Section thence run East along the South line of the North
2 of the North 2 0~ NE4 of NE4 of said Section 4, a distance of 415. 40 feet m ore ~
or tess to the West right of way line of State Road No. S; thence run Northerly
along the West right of way line cf State Roac~ No. 5 a distance of 391, 50 feet
more ur less to the point of beginning.
This conveyance is being made subject to that certain mortgage
encumbering the above described property to Binney Properties, Inc, dated
September 8, :972 and recorded in O. R. Book 206, Page 701 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; which said m ortgage the grantee
herein, as Trustee, does assume and agree to pay.
