Section 1. Prohibition of ?ndividual Wells and Septic Tanks.
No individual water wells, septic tanks or other individual sewage
disposal facility shall be permi[ted on any Lot or Living Unit from such time
when central water and/or sewer service or services are made available. ltiis
provision, however, shall not be construed to prohibit private water wells for
irrigation, swinming pools or air conditioning.
