THIS WARRANTY DEID, made this ~~"~day of February, 1973, by and
between T'TNA WHIT'WORTH MAIANBY, surviving widow of D. C. Ma~~ney,
• Sr., deceased, Grantor, of the County of Clayton, State oE Georgia,
party of the first part, and HBNRY A. BORECKI and LUCILLB M.-~ORECIC~,
his wife, Grantees, whose Post Office Address is N 113 W 20745
Edgewood Drive, Germantown, Wisconsin 53022, parties of the second
part;
WITNESSETH: That the said party of ttie first part, for and in con-
sideration of the suan of Four Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100
Bollars ($4,500.00) to her i.n hand paid by the parties of the secand
part, the receipt wher~of is hereby acknowledged, has granted, -
bargained and sold to the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns forever, the following described real property, and rights
and interests as set fox~Lh below and in real property located and
situate in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to wit:
Condominium Pa-~el: Block #A, Lot #14 of HOLIDAY OUT
AT ST. LUCIE, a condominium , according to the
De~laration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Records Book 168 at page 1348 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. As provided for by the Condominium
act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711,
Et Seq. 1965) said description in this conveyance includes,
but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominiwn
parcel above described, includi.ng the limited common
elements assigned thereto, and including the undivided
interest in the common elements of said Condominium.
This Conveyance is subject to the following: ~"5• ~y
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1973 and
subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and
easements of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibits
attached thereto and th~ Articles of Incorpor-
ation of the Association named in said Declaration
of Condominium. -
The aforesaid property is the same property conveyed by HOLIDAY OUr
IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC. to D. C. Maloney, Sr. and Edna W.
Maloney, His Wife~ by deed recorded in Official Records Book 171,
Page 2392 of t~ie public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding
upon the heirs, executors, administrators and successors of the
Grantees and Grantor does warrant the title to all the premises
hereby conveyed, and will defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said EDNA WHITWC~RTH MALONEY has hereunto set
