THIS INDENTURE, made this 19th day of February, 1g73,
between LOOIS GRIESEDIECK and wife, FLORENCE E. GRIESEDIECK,
parties of the first part, and DONALD L. GRIFSEDIECK and
wife, IMOGENE F. GRZESEDIECK, parties of the second part,

W I T N E S S E T H;
That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND

parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said
parties af the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
