This cause coming on to be heard upon the report of the
Special Magter duly appointed by this Court in this cause; and
the Court having examined said report and the Court havin3 found
that all parties hereto are in ~urisdiction of the Court; and due
and proper service having been made upori the defendant; and the
Court having been otherwise fully advised; the Court finds:
1. That it has ~urisdiction of the partieg and of the sub-
~ect matter.
2. That the plaintiff is entitled to a divorce from the
; - defendant, whereupon it is,
ORDEREII AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
A. That the report of the Special Master :,e and the same
is hereby approved snd confirmed in all its te$t.
B. That the PlaintiFf, NQCHOLAS II~IFANTE, be and he is hereby

trailer and that the Defendant, VNIAN INFANTE, be instructed to
sign any and all documents necessary to convey any interest that ~
she mav have 3n said trailer to the Plaintiff, NICH4LAS INFANTE,

within thrse dayQ from the date of this Order. ~f she should fail
to do ao in the time apeciPied, then this Judgment shall operate as
a conveyance of the Defendant~s interest to the Plaintiff in the
