said F. F. McIntosh~ Jr. died in Nex York Citq on the 16th dap
of Septe~nber~ 1958, while on a business trip ~ and ~hat he at the
ti~ne of his death was daniciled in and xas a legal resident
of ~Roane Countq~ West Virginia; that he died testate and that
all the heirs~ devi3ees and Iegatees in his last ~ill and
testament were his widov and three children, nauely, Jo~nie
~laye McIntosh! widow~ F. F. McIntosh II~~ Mary McIntosh Davis
and Diane McIntosh Peyton~ children.
I do further depose and say that the administration of the
estate of the said F. F. McIntosh~ Jr. covered a period of ~bout
six (6) years aud that his estate has been duly settled and all
indebtedness of every kind and character, including taxes, owing
by his estate'has been fullp paid and ~ischarged.
