In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall intlude the feminine and
neuter. All ~ights and obligations under this mortgage shall exiend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mo~igagor and Mortgagee.
