Gentlemen: -
In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities i~~cluding wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, ac~
to, change the size of or remwe such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, Vim and keep clear all trees, bnish and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might e~danger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pra
perty described as follows: -
Port St. Lucie S/D, Section 27 as in Plat Book 14, Page.5; Sec-
tion 30, Township 36 South, Range 40 Sast, St. Lucie Cou~ty; Fla.
! The ease0ent more particularly described as a strip 10 fee~t wide,
€ centered 1 foor North of and parallel to the South K/1i of South
~ Macedo Blvd., beginninq at the ~1est K/ii of Macedo Blvd., and
~ runninq West to the Sunshine State Parkway.
~ Also two anchor easements, beginniag at the above described line,
centered 5 feet Sast of and _parallel to the East R,/W of Sunshine
