~ WHEREAS, tt?e parties hereto under date o£ Jqne 8, 1972 entered unto a
certain mortqage note and mortgage aqreement, which was recorded in Official
Record eook Z06 , Pag~ 21l6 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, being described as follows:
IAt 4, Block 7S, SOO~i PORT ST. LpCIS, UNIT 5, acvorcling
to the plat thereof reoorded in Plat Book 14, paqes 12 ~
and 12A thru 12G of #he Public Reaords of St. Lucie O~unty,
Florida •
WE~REAS, parties hereto desire to m~dify, amend and change some of the
terms and provisions of said Mortgaqe in order that it may set forth the
true, complete and intended agreement between the psr~ies:
NOW, TI~REFORS, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained
the parties do hereby aqree as follows: ~
~ The first monthly payment is shown.to be due on or before the first day '
of ~~~r. 1972 and the final monthly payment is shown to be due
on or before the f irst day of N~vember, I997 , Atortqagors and Mortqagee
are desirous of amending the fixst payment due date to April 1, 1973
and amendinq the finaZ payment due date to Marcli l, 1998 at
which time the entire outstanding remaining principal balance shall be paid
in full.
Except as hereby exoressly modified, all the terms, covenants, conditions
and provisions of the note and mortgaqe dated June 8, 1972 , shal.l
remain in full force and effect.
This aqreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the
